Requirements

1. Shoulder Throws. (5)

  • Half shoulder, Double block R roundhouse, Right backfist to floating rib. Hip throw version
  • Half shoulder, Double block R roundhouse, Right backfist to floating rib. Bodydrop throw version
  • Full shoulder, outside block to R straight, Break on Left and right shoulder and throw (supporting partners elbow when training)
  • Double arm, Block R & L roundhouse, kick or head butt turn & cross ops arms over own shoulder.(release partners left arm for throw when training to assist in break fall.

2. Dropping full Shoulder from rear single wing choke. (1)

  • Hold ops arm with R hand; step back with R leg, left push against ops left leg, drop on R knee

3. Attacking Body Drop (1)

  • Grab gi head butt, right pressure point to assist in throw, choke to finish.

4. Leg Throw (2)

  • Attacker right leg forward, turn over and doubler shoulder lock
  • Attacker Left leg forward, figure 4 hold left heel on archery and then knee.

5. Sweeping Loin (2)

  • Defending from right roundhouse
  • Attacking with head butt

6. Outside Hock (1)

  • From right roundhouse punch left s block right elbow strike to throat.

7. Inside Hock (1)

  • From right roundhouse punch left block right palm heel strike to chin

8. Knee Wheel from right roundhouse (2)

  • Major,Left S block, R palm heel strike to L shoulder push back of ops knee with R foot
  • Minor, Left S block, R palm heel strike to L shoulder push back of ops knee with L foot
  • 9. Stamp Throw from right roundhouse (1)

  • Right downward strike right block left palm heel
  • Right roundhouse left S block square punch
