Requirements

1. Hip Throw with Locks (3)

  • Shoulder arm lock
  • Cross over arm lock (Standing)
  • Cross over arm lock (On Ground)

2. Defence against kicks whilst on the Ground (3)

  • Single leg takedown, double block R kick leg through
  • Double leg takedown, double block R kick leg outside
  • Reclining leg throw, double block R kick, leg roll and left strikes

3. Defence against Stamp to the head (1)

  • Deflect stamp, trap ops ankles, kick groin, and take down.

4. Basic Arm Locks finished with takedown (3)

  • From Over head strike R palm heel to chin, figure four lock
  • From Roundhouse Punch, Double block back fist to ribs, L finger on elbow (Magic Finger)
  • From Right Jab deflect with upward block, left round arm hand on to throat, Left knee behind ops and takedown.

5. Basic Wrist Locks (3)

  • From Right Gi grab and block left punch (1)
  • Wrist grab, left and right inside and out, nicio (4)
  • Right hand push to chest, step back, trap, step forward, leg sweep takedown.(1)

6. Shoulder Arm Lock (1)

  • Right inside block wrap around and strike right shoulder, R leg forward and sweep.
  • 7. Back hammer lock from punch or knife to kidneys

8. Wrist Throw from knife attack to stomach (2)

  • From Close attack (small c)
  • Lunge attack (big C)

9. Reclining Leg Throw with Strikes. (1)

  • From roundhouse attack drop to right knee though ops legs,
  • hands round ops R leg, take down (right hand strikes)

10. Breaking Hair Grabs (2)

  • From the front with left cross kick to ops left knee
  • From the rear (turning inside) Lock and kick to finish

11. Kicking techniques from attacks (4)

  • Right Thrust Kick from right straight punch.
  • Left snap kick to groin from right roundhouse punch.
  • Right roundhouse kick to chest from right straight punch.
  • Right side snap to knee from right straight punch.
